I feel like if these two fought there would be a huge stalemate. Both mess with their own worlds, changing them in pretty big ways. Of course, Mr V has home advantage, but still. Mr V could probably psych Lord-X really hard, like with the MX thing, and maybe even spook him. But he would get wise to the tricks then. Of course, Mr Virtual is fairly intimidating in his own way, I would say a little more than Lord-X, so maybe it would make him take it more seriously? But I'm leaning on Mr V winning as of now.

I think it entirely depends on the interpretations, Lord X gets weaker when he's in OUR world, and if he stays here too long, he'll be forced back into his dimension. Mr. V can't handle being outside the Virtual Boy without a host. In the virtual realms, they are both nigh immortal, as they bend the rules of the world they inhabit. So, hypothetically, Mr. V could hold back driving a host mad, or keep them alive to do his bidding as he tries to find a way of shutting Lord X out for good Likewise, I wouldn't put it past Lord X to have pawns to find the Virtual Boy Problem is neither's stories are really fleshed out, so we no little about them.
