There's so much talk about Texas' wins and how bad the teams they've played are, but no acknowledgement that they've beat bad team after bad team that have beaten other contenders. Bama lost to Vandy and OU, Tennessee lost to Arkansas, Ole Miss lost to Kentucky. No they don't have a "signature win," but there's something to be said for taking care of the teams you're supposed to handle. If it were as easy in reality as it is on paper, then there would be a lot more 1 or 2 loss contenders than there are.

GA is beatable, just like everyone else. However, they've been plagued with a high number of injuries but they're starting to get healthier, and as I've said after the Ole Miss game, the law of averages favor Carson Beck. I said he's probably going to throw very few to zero picks the rest of the way because of the law of averages. And guess what? The law of averages is definitely playing itself out for Carson Beck since the Ole Miss game. With their starters getting healthy and the law of averages favoring Carson Beck, GA is the team to beat and will be extremely difficult to beat, moving forward. 😃

Boise is a G5 team that plays a G5 schedule. Your SOS should be better. They still played 106 SOS for 10 games out of 12. Probably be higher if you removed Purdue and just played 11 games

IU is actually very fortunate that the grief they got for their schedule wasn’t worse. No one mentions how they chose to weaken their schedule by buying out of a game with Louisville. That kills their argument that of “ don’t penalize us for our schedule, we’re just playing those teams given to us”.

@ To answer your question about the schedule we play 5 ACC teams every year and we don't play FCS schools. The lose to NIU wasn't good we under that but one bad lose shouldn't define your season. We schedule teams from every conference year in advance. So the notion that if you're not in a conference you should last isn't a good argument. We have never been in one so that like asking UGA or Bama to leave the SEC it doesn't make sense.
