Covering A Styrofoam Cake In Fondant

Hello Everyone! Today I'm showing you how to cover a styrofoam cake in fondant! It's a delicate process, but once you cover the cake in fondant it's very secure, and will be ready to decorate just the way you want to! If you want to expose it in your shop, you will be able to keep it for years!

can i stick the fondant to the styrofoam but not using the shortening?

Ehhhhh I think I’ve seen people spritz the styrofoam with water but I haven’t tried it before. I haven’t tried this either but just a thought- maybe you could try piping gel?
