Just bought one and have the same problem going on right now straight out of the box my brother had the same issue we bought them at the same time he sent his back and got it fixed but I can’t get ahold of the company 🤦🏻

That sucks to hear! I hope you’re able to get it taken care of. I returned mine to the store I purchased from. Never had an issue with a Tactacam.

I got a free one coming from them for upgrading my OnX , hopefully it works. If not it was free so no money lost there

I bought a wc 20 and a wc30 both big problems.Sent them back to store.Also bought bear box’s . Now i got useless bear box’s
