I really feel that best of 3 is strictly the better format if you want "good" magic. Best of one is great for fun quick games, but definitely falls victim to inconsistencies and luck of the draw.

Loved the series hahaha, by the end you looked like you were a hostage. Gotta say love this deck, was always thinking of how you could work around amalia and break her. I would say from my own personal experience the +1 hp lands help out a lot with amalia since you get the extra trigger but it is a little slower for the game early

If you're trying to get cards from the current set, buying packs from the store is the generally the best due to golden packs. If you enjoy draft and can put around a 50% win percentage, then Quick Draft is best. If you can get over ~56%, then Premier Draft is best. Sealed is also a good value way to start a set (just need a ~45 win % to beat opening packs) as you need less format knowledge (due to not having to draft and more of throwing good cards together), and it is a little over twice as fast at getting you packs than quick draft, but you need a good gem starting amount due to the high entry. As capicorn mentioned, Constructed events are also solid at grinding money (and some cards) if you already have a deck with a good winrate. The events also tend to have weaker players than the Plat-Mythic ladder I've found.
