You're forgiven for the game 1 mistake cause we wouldn't get the too early gg from the opponent. Nothing more satisfying than seeing that level of butthurt.

I had one recently where someone used visuvan duplimancy and trumpeting carnosaur with lots of target spells to play every spell in their entire deck. They were saying gg as though the game was finished, but luckily I sat on a board wipe for a while and their 15-ish carnosaurs were wiped from existence. I absolutely love punishing early ggs.

Roping is what happens when they disconnect their internet on purpose. It makes the game look like they dropped the connection, so they aren't penalized for the rank loss.

@kunimitsune177 The difference is that control isn't what is determining the entire meta. Decks don't have to be made to ensure you have at least 12 ways to kill a creature on turn one because of control.
