COVID 19 has affected Peru and the rest of South America. Lockdown is over in Cusco but is still going on in other towns and cities. Today we get up early to show you the empty streets of Cusco like it's been during the COVID 19 lockdown. We are two tourists who have been stuck in Cusco, Peru for 114 days due to the quarantine, and we are showing the whole experience to you. After we walk the abandoned streets of Cusco, we go behind the scenes, into the kitchen of Organica Cusco, to cook our favorite Peruvian dish, Aji De Gallina.
