It's a lovely day on the farm! Cow is bored looking for something to do. He see's Donald's tractor, and he takes it for a drive. Cow has lots of fun, but he get Donald's tractor very dirty and in the end Donald has to clean the tractor by hand. Cow runs away instead of telling Donald, and afterwards he feels bad. Cow comes across building that is blowing bubbles, he goes closer to see, and he realises it's a car wash. But it's no ordinary car wash, it's a magical car wash.
