it's "interesting" to most of the people because most of the people buy their meat post-prepared. They don't know the meat they consume need to go through more or less similar preparation process - slaughtering - butchering, etc.

Очень вкусно, мясо с головы говяжей очень нежное, особенно щёчки язык и подъязычное мясо, с этих частей готовим тушёнку в автоклаве, остальную обрезь продаем для собак..вот бы попробовать голову которую приготовил дядюшка😌😌😌
