I milked the cow first. Then I boiled the milk and let it cool. I waited until it reached a certain temperature. I thought I'd make dinner until my milk cools down. I chopped up some zucchini and left it to cook. (I love pumpkin food. I will grow it in my garden in the summer, I hope.) While my food was cooking, my milk got cold and fermented. Six hours later, my yoghurt was ready. We have fine filter cloths for products such as milk and cheese. With his help, I strained my yogurt. I put a weight on it to speed up the filtration process. I used stone. We also use the stone when making cheese. I took the strained yoghurt in three hours into my bowl. I waited a little while to train the video. It will drain better if you let it sit longer. Of course, we do not throw away the filtered water of the yogurt :)) You can drink the yogurt water or add it to your ayran if you have it. I chose to drink.
I woke up at half past five in the morning to fit all of these processes in one day and shoot it.
