This is the old Chandler Kramer style of mixing Hendrix with left to right panning, while the whole track runs in and out of a 90 degree phase shift. At 180 degrees of shift the signals cancel completely and the signal nulls to nothing at all. Add rocking the sliders all over the place and you get this `1960s-`1970s drug laden put on the headphones, and drop some acid music. The musicians that worked for Kanno Ono are just tip top, and the arranging and engineering are too. Just f'in fabulous!
