COWBOY CERRONE: TRAINING at the UFC PI!

There's a lot of work that goes into being Cowboy Cerrone. You gotta stay on top of your game in the gym, be faster than you were before, be stronger and more informed than the next guy- but if you're not, know when you're not and learn from them. At the ‪@ufc‬ Performance Institute Donald works with Bo Sandoval, the leading instructor at the UFC on strength and conditioning. When he says this is how to do a pushup, or "You need to do half chin ups and full pull ups, he has a reason for it. He's smart as hell and he knows his game. It's why he has the position that he has as a strength and conditioning coach.
But we're not just in Vegas for the training. UTV Legends is a race in Laughlin, Nevada in the ‪@bestinthedesert‬ Series. It's a huge race and this one means a LOT. It's the second to last race of the season and Right Now BMF Racing is in third place. They MUST finish third or better if they want to podium this season... which is their first season.
Racing their Can-Am side-by-side two seater on a track they have never driven before that does not allow a practice or qualifying lap is a hell of an undertaking. The whoops on this track are INSANE and thankfully the ‪@KingOffRoadShocks‬ have lived up to the hype all season long.
This is the first race we used a Pedal Commander on our race car and the results were AWESOME.
Of course if we're out and gettin it on anything Canam, ‪@S3PowerSportsMedia‬ is there and helping us out and they brought their side by side to the race in the pro turbo series as well. As usual, Dustin Jones killed it as a racer and as a badass pit crew assistant when he didn't have to be.
We raced the short course the following day as well just for the hell of it. We were told, just have fun, these guys are crazy fast and there's no way with your experience and the big ol' donkey of a car you will be able to keep up... But just like when people say "Cowboy you should retire" I didn't listen, and yeah, we came in second. This all together wraps up for one HELL of a weekend!

I member when utvs were the slowest class are you going to be doing more desert racing or other types? Racing is the best, you get to go mono-et-mono without having a fucked up grill(or still have one like myself) or having that facial pain everytime your expression changes for a week later after the swelling goes down.

Damn bro, you hit bad lines when you race. Racing is about seconds and you lose precious seconds coming out of a turn wide, veering left on a straight and not hugging the living hell out of corners. That was hard to watch lol.

Yeah, not my best driving but first time on the course ever and coming out third I felt alright with that. Next month we're launching a racing youtube channel, almost the same track I ran in this video I run the following day and that was WAYYY better.

@@BMFRanch I know you don't like playing video games but racing games are a hell of a training tool. Especially the ones on a high end PC. Not so much the steering wheel vs keyboard mechanics but the simulation of choosing lines perfectly and hitting corners properly both in angle execution, speed going in, and acceleration going out.
