Rude and unpleasant. The videos are very good, the guy is very good at what he does, some of the interactions are very funny, but these interactions with extremely rude people are very boring to watch, and incredibly this happens in all the videos. Parents need to educate their children more so that this doesn't happen. Especially respect for public property, right?
