Meg Myers, this very beautiful and kindly woman always doing very hard work on the stage in front of hundreds fans and watchers and in front of her microphone stand! And I regret about that NOT ALL her watchers see and understand, how much she get emotional and physically tired on the stage during performance. Not all understanding, how hard her job is.

Monster is such an incredibly haunting and lyrically brilliant masterpiece. Sadly, the reward for having the courage to trust somebody enough to expose your soul.. is PTSD tier anxiety and insecurity as a result of internalizing self-betrayal. Such a paradox. Society values and encourages relationships. Single people get so harshly judged. The toxic relationships create invisible scars that change people forever. Megs' frustration with learning that painful lesson was the inspiration for a song that will forever be on my personal playlist. Been there. Never going back.

Meg, Florence, and Tori Amos (I love her as much so I needed to add her. I've seen her 25 x live in person so I can attest to that. ;) I've seen Florence either 5 or so far and I am dying for Covid to end and Meg to get out on the road b/c I am dying to see her live! I know she is as good and the energy in her audience will by like it is at Flo and Tori's shows...which need to be experienced to be fully understood. I'm sure Meg's are the same.)

I'm just glad that I got to see her so close! She is quite fierce and I have always recorded her from a distance.! I also was concerned about recording her with my camera at H.O.B.. Some venues stop you when they see a cam with a zoom lens. I am very happy with what I captured but, next time I'll bring my Sony!

Your videos came out quite good! I, too, wanted to bring a much better camera but with the venue's rules, I only brought my phone and a point and shoot. I used the camera first and it took decent video but something inside me told me to switch to the phone. Lucky I did too because when I got home to view the footoge from the camera I used to record the first 3 songs that Meg performed, the audio was heavily distorted. Will be better prepared next time!

I was at that concert too. First time seeing her. Incredible! Which phone did you bring with you that night? Yeah Sony is awesome for camera, especially the new XZ3. It basically beat out the Note 9 in every category except low light, but I think next year they might win that too.

Hey Rock2005Star. If you're asking me I was at the show that she did in Brooklyn, NY last Monday. I brought my iPhone 6s and a Canon HS330. I was debating on renting the Sony RX100 mk4 but it would've costed me about $100 to have it for the few days I would need to get accustomed to it. Perhaps looking back now I probably should've done it but I enjoyed the show tremendously regardless. I personally would like to know what camera Michael used cause your videos look great and that 30x zoom sounds very, very handy! I definitely need to upgrade my pocket cam.

Meg Is Mike Patton just the gender opposes: I can hear Patton and PJ Harvey being channeled when I hear it. I’ve been seeing live music for over forty years and MM not Marilyn Manson as usual, is unique and means it! She F*#KING MEANS IT. That’s all I have to know…. The rest is obvious…. “God I miss Tennessee”… Check out bands like…. Lamb, Portishead, but also Faith no More, GRIMES, The Cranberries etc…. All the roads have led us to Meg. Ok, I’ll apologize now for not being all over this artist (get your mind out of the gutter lol) but it’s just a simple fact nobody knows it all anymore, there’s new music created every day ( mostly sonic gush ) but….
