Yesterday Jerry Jones said a loss would not cost McCarthy his job and continued to defend his coach saying quote, “I don't need to go into all the pluses or minuses. I've been screaming at you Skip for not calling out McCarthy for 2 years. Thank you for finally doing so I think it's too late though. I love the cowboys I have since I was a little kid. I now am a Dallas Cowboy fan for 47 years and have endured a lot of glory and a lot of disappointment. I believe that this year is similar to 1991. They are a step away from something very special. I believe that the problem exists in the offensive play calling. Kellen Moore has to step down. The plays that were working when Dak returned have suddenly vanished. Prescott is not a pocket passer. Why he is not running play action anymore with the receivers they have including the best quadron of tight ends. I will never know. Our defense is what is keeping us in the game. The offense has to get back to the mid season game plan or else it will be one and out. Some important players are back for Monday night, so there are no excuses. Fingers crossed 🍀

Mike McCarthy is a good man of character .He has a superbowl ring . He has Dallas at 12-5 yet he gets no credit for the wins but all the blame when his players lose .He never defends himself when criticized by media, like some coaches do. He is a class act. That's why Jerry Jones likes him. I like him too.i hope Dallas wins superbowl so McCarthy gets some credit he deserves. If Dallas loses it will be players fault .but we know McCarthy will get the blame again.

The question is, what does Mike McCarthy do? You see, Dak throws a pick, and he goes sits on the bench and reviews film. Mike doesn't offer advice or motivation to do better. That is the coaches role to get you to believe in something. Mike doesn't prepare the team he is letting everyone do his job for him. We need a coach that has some fire in their belly and desire to win, even if that means pissing off the GM.

Jerry loves people he can influence and that is McCarthy. He will not hire a head coach that he will allow them to do their job. Mike McCarthy is a yes man and that’s who Jerry wants.
