Shivam Shetye Oh yes they would’ve lol. People don’t realize how stacked the cowboys team is. Dak has the potential to be the next Troy Aikman if Garrett actually knew how to develop him into an elite quarterback. He did amazing his rookie year, but let’s not forget that he was just tossed into the system and that was that. They got this idea that since Dak did so great his first year, he’s set for the franchise, that he doesn’t need to learn much of anything else. No, he still needs to learn how to read NFL defenses and overall how to become a better player. Look at Goff. Jeff Fischer made him look trash. But Sean McVay comes in and now Goff is on pace to become an MVP. If Dak can develop, they have Zeke, Tavon Austin, Rico Gathers, Brice Butler, an elite defense with Smith, Lawrence, Irving, Awuzie, etc. They have a Super Bowl caliber team. The problem is we have dated coaches who lack creativity and who lack the ability to work with players who need to develop. Imagine if Mike Tomlin coached the Cowboys. We would’ve had a Super Bowl by now. I mean obviously he’s the coach of the Steelers and will never be a Cowboys coach, but hopefully that puts things in perspective.

I saw no hope of the cowboys having anything on offense. The only touchdown came of a fumble in our territory in prime position. So no ones gonna talk about how strong dak really is he avoided like 10 sacks this game. The cowboys problem is the coaching staff. The coordinators for some reason don’t do big plays they don’t pass at all they pick the wrong plays at the wrong time it’s honestly embarrassing as a cowboys fan

Levi Omeke making the right play calls would get those numbers back up to 2016 Dak. Dak is also too young to audible correctly especially since he hasn’t been in a good system yet either. And of his 4 INTs on the year, 3 were off of tipped passes.
