It's been 30 years of blaming the coaches. They didn't assemble this roster Jerry and Stephen did. Jerry is the one that waits until the last minute to do extensions. That costs them millions that they could use in free agency. Not that they are ever major players anyway but it also goes a long way towards keeping players we already had. Jerry also has a habit of keeping sub par players for way too long. Also money that could be spent elsewhere. At the end of the day you can't win with a roster packed with throw aways and rejects. That's not a coaching thing it's a front office thing.
