It's impossible to tell where Aleks and James lie politically. They're young and in the public eye which would normally suggest democratic, but they constantly make jokes about being triggered and "cis-male" and shit like that which is more in line with the conservative view. Also the fact that James wont say who he voted for suggest he's republican because nobody openly supports trump out of fear of being hated. It's probably a good idea they keep politics out for the most part, but at the same time it's sad that they feel they need to do that out of fear of polarizing the audience.
