Looks so good, need to get up there in next few months. With the route flags, are they set out like ski routes, easy/medium/hard?

Yes they are, usually all orange till you get to hill climbs and then they're marked yellow for easy, orange is intermediate and red is difficult. They usually send you out with a marshal at first to show you around so it's pretty well set up.
