Got on at USPS 10yrs ago. One guy came said, Keep your head down, talk to No One if possible. Do your job go home. The women were relentless. Wanted me gone. Men were more bullish. You cld tell no one liked the newbie. I was seen as a threat. Not seen as, replacing some getting ready to retire, or when they need time off for vacations,surgeries or didnt want to work weekends. I done good for a year. One of hardest jobs ive ever had. I was a mail carrier ( delivery). Supervisors.....Nazish. About 10 out of 100's of postal workers truly good and tried to help me. Most kept their head down, worked an went home. I thank you to the 10. Very STRESSFUL JOB.
