Learn when heroes have a damage spike. Valir is supposed to be played as either defensive or *extremely* offensive in the early game depending on the comp. Valir’s earlygame is significantly stronger than Vale’d earlygame, so he kept poking you whilst your minions were dying to prevent you from levelling up. This is common in every server.

It's a pretty normal thing in Mobile legends to play aggressively iduring the early to mid stages of the game (not just in the Philippines but also in the other regions) because players know what their heroes are capable of doing and is utilizing the hero's skill mechanics to the fullest extent . There are a lot of types of heroes in MLBB and every single hero has a different playstyle and capabilities so you should try to understand every single hero in the game in order to counter or use them properly because the best way to beat a strategy,hero ,or rotation is to fully understand them first

If you actually see this i suggest thst you start with the official mlbb hero tier list and try using them on practice mode to know their skills or you could also try watching rotation tutorial videos since you will need to know the basic rotation if you want to reach legend or mythic rank

Here's some things you should improve in your gameplay: 1Map awareness- you should always look at the mini map and try to provide backup during teamfights or lord and turtle takes 2Know the meta You should always know what heroes are strong and what heroes are used to counter the strong heroes in the current meta. cowsep as a Filipino who plays pos4/mages as soon as you hit lvl 2 you should rotate with your roam or visit your good lane to gank. try to get lvl 4 before the 1st turtle fight to gain advantage for the fight. this means you don't stay in midlane you clear the minion waves then rotate.

The thing in pH server is that the mid will rotate as much as well as the roamer. He'll be in the mid to clear wave but most of the time you will assist in map vision and your jungler and gold. Your playstyle kinda clear then tower hug which should be the playstyle for gold or maybe even exp lane. The harley is angry simply because you ain't responsive enough, more on like making solo play.

A little tip for Valir ult: yes, it powers up your other skills but is usually used as more of a defensive ultimate as it removes any cc or slow effect from you. To the end of the video you used it quite well i would say. It can save you from most engages and allows a powerful counterattack, so try to do that more often!

It's best to not underestimate against a Valir in the early game. He is quite aggressive in the start of the game. Especially with him able to get a free charge if hits an enemy hero. So best to play passive when playing against a Valir Valir in general tips: Valir's 1st skill can get 1 charge if you hit an enemy hero or last hit a minion. Valir's 2nd skill can also be used for the enemies to get knocked back when you are escaping, include the 1st skill to stun (passive) then after using the 2nd skill. Valir's ultimate is not only a enhancement for his skills but it's also a CC removal skill (meaning that he can remove any CC effect except suppression effects)

Utilize the bushes when playing Vale. The most annoying vale players are the ones who always are able to utilize bushes the most and he has the movement speed to get away from most danger. Valir can be used as a mid laner or a roamer since he is really strong early game. You can also use him to invade enemy junglers.

Tip for Valir Use 1st skill on enemy first it will recharge infinitely if you hit an enemy. Save 2nd skill for when melee enemies close in. Use Ulti alot early game unless you plan on a team fight you can really bully the enemy midlaner with it. Use Flameshot.

As a Filipino based on my experience the most useful fundamental on epic is having good map awareness once you reached legend u need to know how to rotate or know common rotations like in mid after clearing the 1st wave rotate to sidelanes or help jungle get the cabbage or invade enemy jungle with roamer, on mythic players abuse META here but you still get monkey teammates but learning match up is important here like if enemy team has pharsa or backline dmg dealers you can use kadita and kagura, if enemy are on the tanky side and are kitable you can use heroes like valir and lylia or just like other mythics you can abuse the META heroes

The Philippines server is really something else especially solo queue, there are always time you have troll enemies/mostly teammates, trashtalk. Based from my experience my rg games its either me carrying my troll teammates or me getting outskilled by enemies and sometimes teammates(maybe because of weird matchmaking)

One of the reasons they're angry at you was maybe because you don't rotate like what a mid laner (especially a mage) should do, and you don't seem to check your map every sec. As a midlaner mage you are expected to "defend" your turrets by clearing minion waves, after that you are expected to go up or down to other lanes or jungle areas to gank or help in team fights, thats your main job especially in early and mid game because you are the early damage dealer (mages are strongest at that stages). Do not "camp" in your lane, go help your teamates in skirmishes and lord. ok, um cowsep as a mage, u should always think always as a support/late game core of the team, as a mage u should always roam in top and bot lane to help ur teammates to not get gank and u should help your jungler/give vision if necessary if the enemies are nearby, mage here in mlbb are treated as a support/late game core as long as that mage has a great cc capabilities and great at clearing minion waves fast, or a dps/burst hero mage (harley, nana. vale, valir etc.) and cowsep pls roam in the sides (by roaming I mean help the sidelanes. don't buy roam boots) so ur team mates at the sides can snowball early as possible and end the game as possible. that's all thank u

I recommend for you to clear the lanes fast and atleast rotate to different lanes to provide back up for your teamates, and also help to get the turtle when it spawns, after helping a bit you can just return back to your lane and try defend it

@CowsepMobileLegends, I have some tips for you if you're interested in reading them 1. when facing a franco or when you've encountered a franco try moving as far but always be able to last hit the minions, so that the franco would waste his time hooking you instead helping his teammates 2. always pay attention on your mini map on where the enemies are. 3. never fight a valir in early game, his passive is not only when hitting players gives burning effect,when getting hit or the delayed blast of the first skill hits a player, valir gets an additional first skill to further use it. 4. always rotate when clearing your 3rd wave in mid lane when using a mage to harass enemies from killing off your team 5. if you have a team mate that can set(or that has a skill that puts enemy in one place) when using vale go for more damage first skill knock up second skill and the ultimate that sucks enemies to the middle, so that when your team mate set you can follow up with ulti second first

Alright so some quick tips cowsep im a Filipino and i play mobile legends SO. When the game starts actually go to your core for example hes on the red buff go there as for example your vale go there just hit the buff with your skill 1 then walk away this saves 1 second for your core to farm and by the time you get to your lane you already have your skill back EVERY MINION WAVE SPAWNS AT 11 SECOND AND 41 SECONDS GAP: 30 SECONDS In Filipino servers mid laners actually gank... Most of the time they gank gold since gold laners are squishy so its an ez kill if hey gank gold lane

Well here's a tip if your in a Philippines server: 1. Be AGGRESSIVE!!!! Most heroes(kind of) is powerful in the early game to mid 2.when you see a full on attack on the enemy and your whole squad is there attacking, go there cuz you can level up faster with hero kills and forget about your lane and just come back if your team WIPED the enemy team(teamwork is everything for Filipinos, it's a best way to win) 3. Don't keep focusing on killing enemy heroes, if your playing a Push Attack character then it's the best hero to attack turrents, breaking the enemy turrents while your other members fight then you can surely take advantage 🙃I hope this helps

One of the best hack in mobile legend is the map. Other players always use the map if they were playing as a long range heroes like Layla , Novaria and the others. I always used this if i were so close of losing. Sometimes players ended up losing because they dont pay attention on the map . My team ended up defeat because they didn't see the big minions attaking our base.TwT

Here in PH, legend and upper rank always try to 3 or 4man team clash the mage and mm and your not going to have fun dealing on that, the only solution is try to drag the team fight in the exp line forcing then to rotate to do that you need a mobile midliner

You stopped playing jungle in PH server. When I was in Manila from India, I became jungler. I am mage and tank player here in india and love it but in PH, every game 2-3 hardcore mage player. Sometimes No jungler, So I did my first jungling there in PH mythic.

Basically i just push commonly but i tend to annoy players by one shotting them sometimes and it scares souls out of them XD and what zilong is doing is basically split pushing towers, zilong players tend to that why enemies are distracted and they wont know a single thing

Not sure how long you've been playing cowsep but if you want to understand your teammates better then you can turn on auto translate, to do so you have to be in a game and go to the chat and at the top there should be auto translate.... Also Valir's ult is all about judging what utility does your opponent have and trying to respond to it e.g: vales knock up, saber ult, Franco hook etc... Your ult also gives you 4 flame balls which boost your skills dmg, range and adds/modifies the effects, it also increases your movement speed and skill cast range, you can use skills when the ult is active to get a boost of power but you only have 4 uses, if you use them all then you ult runs out, or it runs out after 15-20s not 100% sure if thats correct, someone please correct me if in wrong.

OH BTW... DOUBLE ROAM IN LATE GAME is a tactic i use... I use dire hit on my kagura on late game... although to do that there are things that is needed to be... for you to apply double roam properly.....

As an ex gm/master/mythic( whatever the current rank is for the highest because I retired from mlbb long ago) player it is well known philipino and lan servers are usually the worst servers only because the roam strategy they try abusing isn't actually a good meta only because they assume that because you can buy utems anywhere on the map it doesn't matter where u are as long as you gwt gold is ok, whemnthe actual strategy meta is non-stop killing enemies nonstop since u can farm gold and levels ans they cant fromnwaves if they are dead ans u can by items whenever, but if you roam you lose gold when you stop farming

Bro im gonna give u a tip to be a good mage: Ur making ur very first mistake by using boots. Buy mastery codex instead of that bc u dont roam around and rotate like a tank or jungler. Just play safe and ignore those ph trashtalker bc they are dumb when in teamfights. Remember, when u are waiting for the battle to start there are pro tips or messages that tells u that sustain or tanky heroes on ur team should be first bc u havr a long & limited atk range so u dont have to get closer and etc. If enemy zilong is ganking on u, make sure to STAY SAFE IN THE TURRET POSSIBLE bc he might use his ult and first skill and jumpscare u to death. For Enemy Franco, u make sure u keep distance bc he tryna hook u up with the hook + flicker and jump on u then u die.
