Coyoacán is probably next to Roma and Condesa, the best known neighborhood in Mexico City. Located in the southern part of CDMX, the Magic Quarter of Coyoacán is an essential place for our visit to the Mexican capital.
Artists, graffiti artists, tarot artists, organ grinders, mimes, or schitesm sellers mix to form a vital ecosystem that the Spanish director Luis Buñuel showed in a scene from his film ‘The Illusion Travels by Tram’. If to that we add some of the best colonial-style buildings, cobbled streets, museums and lively squares, we whet the appetite to get to know Coyoacán.
Coyoacán has become a refuge for locals and tourists over the years- This oasis allows you to wander around.
Coming to Coyoacán is a typical weekend activity for groups of families and friends who seek to enjoy music in the street, the food in its excellent restaurants and the crafts with its stalls.
