I make educational videos of a coyote I've been friends with for over 4yrs years now. She's a sweetheart, and her best friends are my dog and cat. I learn as I post. she teaches me daily!

John the Baptist ate locust and wild honey. Wore a camel hair shirt too. NO THANK YOU! You and Weave can have my share of insects. Don't like locust. Don't like any insect. Butterflies, lightning bugs and lady bugs are all I can tolerate and I'm a country girl. 🤪 I had no idea that Weave had such a hard time as a pup. Poor Weave. I'm glad you feed her steaks, pork chops, deer, hotdogs, eggs and bar food. Thanks, Timmy.

John the Baptist ate locust beans, which are the pods of carob trees.. They grow everywhere in the wilderness where John hung out... (I have been there,) but also read a lot of contemporary research into it.. Of course, carob= yummy chocolate-y flavour! (Better than locust bugs any day!) 🤢🤮🤮

@@Mrsjam96 I did hear Tim say that she had been shunned by the pack and that her rear leg was injured. I think they reinjured it this past winter when she was with them. She was limping. Idk. She used to shelter on his porch to escape the other coyotes. Eventually she started coming in the house if she was really scared and he would leave the door open. It progressed from there. He didn't force her into anything, or train her, nothing like that.

You have Locust, We in AZ get Cicadas. You hear 'em. As a kid we'd find their shells on trees and dare other kids to eat them. You learn about them though and hear them all night. They bury underground for YEARS before finally coming out and doing their thing. Imagine being in the Earth for years and coming out to make noise and get eaten haha.
