Cozads have passion I have NEVER heard before. Love the scratch vocal bluesy growl. Dancing and really feeling the song.

I want to start by saying Cozad literally brought the ancestral spirits from above with this performance! This drum performance was a awakening!!! The power was there, so much power that three men put their chairs back and broke out in Ceremonial Dance, I was by far impressed! Shamed myself for not being there!! And 8 won't forget the Ladies who's proud voices just added the extra layer of Buffalo skin to performance! THIS IS NATIVE INDIAN COUNTY AND OUR WAYS AS SOVEREIGN PEOPLES!! For those who have never experienced a Pow Wow, welcome to a sample of what you missed!! Cozad did it again at Morongo this past weekend again!! This was a performance that many if all will not debate the win!!! Go Cozad, congrats to the Warriors of the Drum beat!!!

@@kingtut8381 well then, I would really HOPE to you perform in future Pow Wows. I usually attend Morongo Thunder and Lighting, Pechanga and San Manuel. I went to my 1st ALL NATIONS in 2022!!! Felt great being amongst the many Tribes and Proud Peoples! Please, don't condem or shame me, we MUST pray for Nathan Chasing His Horse, he's currently in Nevada Law custody. I pray for his redemption and regardless of his wrong....I have seen him many times perform, my heart cries for his wrong doings, I believe he's still a good man. We both know that the American Law system has NO place for a Native. He is Lakota, I am half Azteca/half Cherokee, my Grandfather told me when I was young..All Tribes are one..lots of pain right now throughout Native Society on this atrocity. Again, we, I pray for Chasing His Horse!

GREETINGS, JOHN, THANX 4 UR NOTE. HAPPY 2 HEAR THAT U R ON THE POW0WOW TRAIL, ESPECIALLY THE ALL NATIONS ONE. I HAVE NO REASON TO CONDEM YOU OR SHAME YOU. I ONLY DANCE NOWA DAYS IN WISCONSIN AND illinois. BEEN DANCING 4 OVER 65 YEARS-GETS MORE DIFFICULT EVERY YEAR. MOST OF MY POW-WOW FRIENDS HAVE ''WALKED ON TO THE LAND OF THE SPIRITS,'' EVEN MY BRIDE OF 39+ YRS. SHE DANCED 2. I GAVE HER SHAWL TO A HO-CHUNK ELDER WHO MADE PART OF MY REGALIA SO MANY YEARS AGO. I WISH YOU GOOD THINGS, HOOH,

I'm French, and i'm with you guys, may our ancestors be at peace, and happy, together. May we be in harmony with Nature and every thing. May love flow all around us, for the greater good of all the being. Thanks for your expression, be blessed.

A-Ho! Brought tears to my eyes. Much love to my Cozad family. Charlie Brown is the most important man in my life next to my own father. I haven't heard that song in many years.

Saw an old pow wow video from the late 80's and they were singing the same song there. Recognized it from this video. edit: btw, i love the piercing and super clear voice of the girl on the far left in the glasses at 4:30. what a wonderful voice. love the little dude dancing too, giving it his all.
