And, she gave me some inspiration as a future author (whoo) Second, please tell Brasdy his social commentary had me rolling (take his name off the donor list; lol). Third, friend, if people hate you for recommending Black romance novels in whatever genre it comes in; the issue is that they din't like others being the center of attention (even in a fictional sense). They think every story is globally appealing but "them" and can't imagine black or brown readers want to see themselves loved on, appreciated it, and in thriving relationships. Those are the only two in the Skyland series so far! The next book comes out early next year. You should read Reel by Kennedy Ryan next! There is spice toward the end, but it doesn’t overtake the storyline!

Do you have book festivals near you? In Austin, we have a big two day one that is for the most part free, and you can hear authors talk. It is my happy place. I put my name in the hat for the giveaway! Ps: Your face when you realized what the cup said. 😂😂😂

Advanced reader’s copy. It’s a copy that the authors send to people(mostly influencers) to get an opinion on how the book is and see what they should change before the book gets published to the public. And it also helps with promotion. Hope this helps
