You should live on community lots first Use the gym for access to showers and toilets and the gym facilities because apparently gym memberships are all free Use the club for access to free bags of chips and look around the park for any food left by NPCs Go to any public place that has musical instruments or the easel and earn some Simoleons Get a job obviously For more of a challenge, send the founder off to Uni and study on student loans 😅 Make sure that the home lot has undesirable living characteristics like gremlins. 😂

@@simply_abi For some realism, you can set up a gameplay rule: you can only sell collectibles from the inventory on a specific commuity lot (for example, a donation center or charity shop or thrift store) at specific hours of the day (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, maybe).

The health/dr one. I have private practice which can be a bit annoying becuase dring the winter time, all sims around me are sick and even when I take medicine they are still sick. It also doesn't work with the MC Command Center whenever I go over the maximum household capacity. But I noticed you are using something different. Also what family tree mod is that?

I usually flick between two presets which are Daisies by Breezytrait and Ellcrze preset by Ellcrze 😊 hope this helps ❤️

Take and sell photos and fish. Visit neighbors and nap on their couches and have quick meals from their fridge. Someone else posted about using a roof set on the ground as a shelter. Make it big enough and add a door. I made a glass roof for light and for the cost of a door you have a shelter. A cooler can feed you indefinitely also
