I find the Juniper tree story quite interesting. Juniper berries can be poisonous, depending on the species and the amount consumed. The berries of the common juniper (Juniperus communis) are generally considered safe to eat in small amounts, but can be harmful in large quantities. They contain essential oils that can cause kidney problems, stomach upset, and diarrhea. Some species of juniper berries, such as J. sabina, are toxic. And Juniper berries may affect pregnant or breastfeeding women, even in small doses, so the very abundant amount the first mother/wife ate could have easily led to her passing. It makes me wonder if this tale was meant to be a warning of sort towards juniper trees and their berries. A lot of the folk stories have those kinds of messages or warnings attached to them thought to keep people and young ones away from the source of potential fatalities.

I like these stories. Even though they are very dark stories after hearing about how the grim brothers were living in a time of much starvation and third world poverty. Because it helps me to be greatful even for the tinest blessings. Because sadly in times in history of even now there is 3rd world poverty and it makes some people go completely insane and they have many secret stories that never been heard. So even the story of the bird and that he becomes a bird is comforting to me that I imagine he is free and recognized as beautiful and precious and his story. But yet it's a made up story. But sadly some stories and history never been heard. But yet when people die innocently they receive the reward easily of heaven. Because life is temporary and heaven is eternal and the afterlife. And so the boy was free and symbolically his story lived on secretly and quietly and beautifully even as a song bird. And he was cherished by God and his sister. And the stories that were real and true and secret and never been heard. The innocent they were still recognized by those that loved them and they were free symbolically like a bird, and their story lived on even quietly and a mystery. But yet the innocent they easily were able to go to heaven and have eternal blessings in heaven and even the light of their innocence and preciousness lives on like the quiet birds and beauty of the Earth, but yet their stories were never heard. And just the silent beauty of the nature lived on and the evil died away. And the beautiful song lived on in God's creations, and seemed to sing songs and tell stories, and all the Earth wondered what the birds and nature seemed to say, about the history of also the people even in sadly poverty times.
