Do I remember this…. YOU BET I DO! I fell in love with this home. It’s probably been my all time favorite, and you’ve shown us soooo many. There is just something about this one, especially the kitchen. I saved it so just in case it disappears I won’t loose it. You showed it for Christmas, and now I can see it on a regular day…. Thanks so much, you made my Sunday afternoon in a snowbound town near Buffalo. 💕

Bridgett, thank you for giving us so much beautiful eye candy. This was a really fun video for me to watch because I saw so many of the same things I have collected. She had much more in her collections Than I do! I gave in several years ago and started putting pictures of my three boys and my 4 grandchildren’s pictures in my den and bedroom. They are kept company with some older pictures of my great grandmothers and my handle bar mustached grandfather. Two of the older pictures my grand children call the scary pictures. Please tell the home owner thank you for letting me tour her home!

Your videos always brighten my day. They are what helped me find my own love of primitive style/decor. Meeting your wonderful friends and family are a big bonus. Hi Bridgette so happy to be on your channel. I loved your last video on the fabric bed curtains and had to tell you that I ordered the same fabric after seeing your video. I love this house. Colonial is my favorite but only when it looks clean and polished. I don’t like it when it looks like you just dragged it in out of a 200 year old barn. Monticello and Williamsburg are my favorite places to visit. Gayle

Thank you to show us your beautiful home Melanie. If I may, l like to make a suggestion, the decoration is too overwhelming. Make it more simple. Back in the Colonial days, life is more simple. It is too decorated with too many collections. Tune it down. Then you will see your home in a different light. 😊

Not all of these pieces are “primitive.” Certainly the Windsor chairs took an experienced furniture craftsman to make. Simplicity doesn’t equate “primitive.”
