West coaster here, but I find TJ's pretty affordable when I go for actual groceries, like produce, meat, coffee, etc. When I'm flush and wanna go to stock up on frozen goodies, that's when I spend the big bucks. Way cheaper than Safeway or Albertson's, and obviously wayyyyyyy cheaper than Whole Foods. Walmart is the only place I grocery shop that's actually notably cheaper than TJ's. We also have Winco here, which is super cheap but has questionable quality of produce. ANYWAY. There's my grocery store rant, lol.

I’m a TJs snack person 🙈, but I end up buying groceries haha. Mainly because TJs is so far from me, that I usually go to other grocery stores for my ingredients.

I applaud you, you said all the right things 👏 Are the employees there as chatty as the ones at the TJ I go to in Seattle? 😄 Honestly, that's where I shop but having moved here from Europe I find it still very expensive and the quality is meh but that said it's still my fave place to grocery shop in the US
