Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are a hit in our house and I’m slowly convincing my husband to like homemade ginger treats, which straddles fall and Christmas baking. Ginger spice cake and homemade ginger bread cookies make the whole house smell amazing!

How did the cinnamon rolls turn out? Mine always turn out a little tough ;( Brown sugar maple cookies are one of my favorites this time of year :) maybe try those next baking session 😊 all your baked treats looked so yummy !!!

I used a quick rise yeast this time around for the first time and was so thrown by how fast it worked haha. I think I ended up overproofing these ones a bit because of that so they were slightly less “springy” than they normally are but still great! Those sound amazing 😍 Will add to my list!

Hear me out, christmas is anything that is sweet+spice. Spices include cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and mint. Sweet is molasses, brown sugar, and white sugar. Most of these are gorgeously done, Christmas desserts. If you're wondering what Fall is, it is sweet + sweet. For example, pumpkin + chocolate, chocolate + peanut butter, apple + caramel. Most people start Christmas baking early, my favorite fall treat are pumpkin muffins with the mini chocolate chips.
