Our 5am morning routines have changed a bit for 2024 since we now have two different schools and start times to juggle. Looks like you’ve got the morning routine down! I’m with you about making the beds. I don’t leave the bedroom (unless it’s to the bathroom) until the bed is made. I may not always have everything picked up, there may be a stray dirty dish or two in the kitchen. Chances are good there may be a cob web or dust hiding out…..but the bed is made. Lol

I been looking for more crockpots too . I am all about Christmas colors , several years ago, Walmart had I am speaking about separate 2 crockpot , these 2 were the same model but different colors , one was red an the other was green. I should have bought both of them . I haven't seen them since .

Laundry I loathe folding laundry. I had a thought of what if you portioned out yogurt when you are doing weekly prep, so in the morning you would just have to grab a portion and top it. I don’t know that it would save that much time but some days every second counts. I am not a morning person at all so I do most of what you were doing in the middle of the night.

Also, what time do you go to bed?! I usually try to put my kids to bed at 8 o’clock sleep by 9pm. I find myself staying up until 10 or 11 PM, which is extremely late, especially with getting up at 6 AM every morning!

This is what I was wondering. I get up at 6:00 most days and try to be in bed by 10:00 but doesn’t always work out that way. Our 13 year old has to be in her bedroom at 9:00 and lights out at 9:45. She doesn’t start school until 9:00. I would love to get up earlier than 6:00 and have that extra quiet time but I can’t figure out how that would work. 😂

I’m pretty much the exact same as you! I aim to get into bed at 9 and read until I can fall asleep. We are livin’ that sports life right now so practices push everything to later than I would like. The latest I will stay up is 10 and that’s only for a really good show🤣 For those nights that I’m up later, I make up for it with extra coffee🙃

Our middle school here is the latest start😬😬. My least favorite chore is cleaning the shower. I would rather do anything else cleaning related than that🤣🤣 my youngest also started 6th grade this year. They can't carry their backpacks around so he does not bring one. They have to store it in their locker all day. As my husband left for work this morning he mentioned he may be getting sick which reminded me about trying those wellness shots!! I really need to get on that! Yes! I really need to get that workout in my routine! It is SO true about lifting weights for strength..I will be 40in Dec....I have noticed that I am alot weaker than I used to be!😭

Oh yes! I do NOT like cleaning to shower! I put it off for way too long! I wish they had lockers at my son’s school but they don’t! Let me know how you like the wellness shots when you try them, I have lots of recipes I can share💗
