The before nap snack actually could be a third thing, I read that bananas can be associated with helping you sleep as well? Not sure of the science behind it but we feed the baby bananas before bed and she sleeps through the night and has for quite some time

I loved the Boon one when Kylo was around one. Now that he’s closer to 2, we use the Thermos stainless steel one but it does leak if flipped upside down. He’s just at the age now where leaking doesn’t matter much because he knows how to drink well. But I know when they’re little, it’s such a pain if it leaks so the boon was great! I love making long form videos! And actually KZbin Shorts barely make money. I had a YT Shorts that went viral and got millions of views and I barely made $6 on it lol. Lots of creators have spoken about this as well. I enjoy making long form more anyways 🥰🫶🏼
