i've used this countless times while working on my nanowrimo, and it really helps me focus and prevents me from getting distracted! a one hour version of this would be really cool too, but i like the easy side of just thirty minutes

Just in the 15-minute span of having this in the background, I hit 500 words. Doesn't feel like much but for me it is! Knowing that I honed in on the project I'm working on and only that project made me feel great!

I keep coming back. 30 minutes works the best for me, and the sound of the keyboard makes me so motivated to do keep writing; if i accidently stop or daze off it also brings me back saying 'you have to make this oddly safisfying sound, too, with your keyboard!' I literally keep replaying this, while my project is slowly blossoming in front of me! So thank you so much, this helps a lot!

Blue light blocking glasses can help reduce eye strain. Blue light can make it difficult to focus on the screen, making your eyes strain to concentrate. Blue light glasses help increase contrast on your screen, making it easier to focus and subsequently reduce eye strain. hopefully this helps! (btw i copied this from google)

I love your writing vlogs! Your worlds seem so interesting. Just a point to make as an editor - I don't think you're paragraphing properly for speech. Every new character's speech means a new paragraph. Not indenting properly might have an impact on the way your manuscript is received by agents. However I don't mean this as criticism, and I'm not sure which draft you're on in this - regardless, your characters and worlds are beautiful
