Cozy Lookout Tower Ambience | thunder and rain sound, fireplace

For those of you in the USA: You can rent fire towers to stay in as short stay hotel rooms! You do so through the National Forest Service. I've seen some stellar ones. They're usually about this cozy, or have been updated in what they offer. Some even have solar paneling, so you can have heat and light without fire, if that's not your thing. I'm unsure the cost, but it's something you can do.

I can imagine a few changes I'd make to the furniture: maybe a futon couch instead of the old cot, or a combination desk/bed like some college kids have. But it's livable, and not much smaller than my current apartment . . .
