Hey Rachel, I am so excited to see the cantaloupe flowers from your garden. In India, there's a rare recipe that we enjoy with freshly plucked pumpkin flowers. It is pumpkin flowers dipped in a rice batter mixed with very few spices and shallow fried in oil. These are perfect little crisps meant to be enjoyed on a rainy day. Please try this crisps with lentil rice. I am sure you'll like it. Keep up with the videos. It's raining in India as well and I love playing your videos after work when I fold my laundry😊

That reminds me of when I tried making a watermelon smoothie years ago and added water which ruined the flavour lol because obviously it's not needed. I'm planning to make my favourite strawberry margaritas this weekend because I've just moved to a new apartment and finally have my own bar so I've been having fun making cocktails :)

Great video! I am curious to know more about your refraining from drinking alcohol, however I also know that the reason why someone chooses not to drink can be very personal, so I understand if you don’t want to share about it. As someone who is similar in age to you and is considering quitting alcohol in order to improve my health, it could be an interesting/helpful video.
@racheltalbott3 ай бұрын
@@ErinRipka I was never a big drinker, but I did occasionally. I just found that it didn’t make me feel well at all. My body almost rejects it at this point, and so I’ve chosen to completely abstain. My body has this way of letting me know when it doesn’t like something lol and I’m trying to be a better listener. Haha

@@maryc1923 I’ve had a series 4 for years now! I try to take excellent care of it so it doesn’t break. I have a cover on it. The screens can crack kinda easily. I mostly just use it to track workouts and tell time, so I haven’t bought a new one. I would probably do a Fitbit in the future as they are less expensive.
