You can do pilates at home and you only need a pilates mat. Pilates mat is thicker than yoga mat so make sure you get the right one. Buy some video with a pilates session and do it at home, it's really worth it! Read the biography of the man who invented pilates and what he achieved with it despite being born with a lot of ailments . ❤

Salaam I posted a comment but not sure how it disappeared. I really like the outfits you picked out they're really cute chic and modern and thank you for sharing the links for them as well. Here in the US the popular Muslim brands we have are Veiled Collection, Zahra The Label, and Shukr Clothing for both men and women. I like the European style better because it looks more modest and the neutral colors are also really nice. American hijab brands are a bit more form fitting and not always modest.

Whenever I look at American “modest” fashion brands, i think their definition of modesty is quite different from Islamic modesty :( Sometimes I cone across Malaysian or Indonesian brands on insta, and am amazed by how beautiful and modest their fashion is 🤩
