I have a heated cat house, barns with warm hay, and sometimes they like to come inside if they are more friendly like Milo and Honey Cat! 🐱 I feed them and provide them with shelter, and I try my best to care for any strays that arrive for as long as they choose to stay. Ohh the Legend and Lattes book is a lovely cozy read. The author did another version about bookshops so that is cool too. I recommend the Monk and the Robot if you want more cozy reads. It's solarpunk forward so humans have moved away from industrialization and do permaculture. The monk is a nomad that travels to towns to provide tea service and listen to people's problems

Tip-you will get a better variety of birds ( other than just house sparrows) if you put out black oil sunflower seeds, safflower seeds, and Nyjer ( thistle seeds), peanuts along with suet.

I have been! They just haven’t seemed to have found me yet 😅 But yes, I’ve been putting out black oil sunflower seeds and peanuts for the last 2 weeks. The only new friends I’ve have are some woodpeckers, which is nice.
