Hello Jen 🌼 Your vlogs are consistently beautiful visuals and gentle reminders to pause, breathe and appreciate our surroundings, whatever we are doing. I take moments throughout my day to look up at the changing cloud formations in the sky or spy on a variety of birds taking their bath in the fountain. I live near the ocean, so watching wave formations flow in and out is especially calming. I live on my own, so I try to be aware throughout the day to seek out small moments beauty around me. Your video is so inspiring for me. It had been quite a stressful time for me at work and have been taking some time off from work for myself. My main goal is to reset myself and get back to the daily workout routine. Yet, somehow, the pleasure and joy in life have been missing. After watching your video, the inspiration of enjoying daily life has returned and I will start with small things like enjoying a small breakfast by the lakeside tomorrow morning and spend more time by the lake with a book during this vacation.
