Here I am again, with another transformation video, I'm gonna keep bugging you guys with new videos because we have had so many amazing projects this year and I just want to show you guys how they turned out.
This is a cozy townhouse in Las Pinas and it is for a newlywed couple starting out a family, we wanted to help them ease the pressure of starting a new life by giving them a beautiful home that is also functional.

Yun din agad na-notice. I've been watching videos of house tours and architectural designs and this is the first time I'm seeing a kitchen with a sliding door partition plus it has sky light pa. It's true naman kasi kapag nagluluto, kahit may exhaust, yung amoy, dumadaloy pa rin sa buong floor area at posible kumapit yung amoy sa furnitures.

The sliding door that separates the kitchen from the rest of the house is genius. Love the hidden storage everywhere! But if it were me, I'd omit the bar area to make the space more spacious. May 5 seater dining area naman eh. But I love love your designs!

Love those glass doors in the kitchen! It allows you to still be seen and to see out so that you're not entirely separated from everyone else, but I am also thinking about how it can be used to keep little ones out of the kitchen and away from hot stoves and other hazards without having to maneuver around hard to get through baby gates.

Hi...I'm a new subscriber and I am a fan of both you and Elle Uy. Both of you have a different style that works and that's fine. I'm hoping and wishing that yeah (as one of your subscriber mentioned) please add a before and after look for all rooms. Then perhaps add a price range or estimate on total cost for the renovation (but only when you're comfortable in revealing it and your client of course). But it helps if there's a price range or where to buy stuff especially the pull out cabinets and storage area you've added. Honestly, you've made this house very beautiful and efficient with all the storage.

emelet ayson By knocking down walls and a lots of storages, that's close to 2M less. She's uses good fittings and hinges, hard pressed lamination etc. She has a good mind in solving problems. Good job.

Very functional, I love the layout of all you did. In terms of decoration it's very very démodé. That bronze wall is a nightmare, also makes it weird. You're watching TV and you can see yourself in that mirror all the time. Also a hell to clean.

It is called "master bedroom" because it is the largest bedroom in the entire house and not the bedroom for the master. So, kid's room is acceptable and you cannot use kid bedroom because it isn't the same as "master bedroom". In architecture, space planning is essential and so are taggings or names of spaces or allocations.

you should have kept your design downstairs which looked nice. the upstairs are sooo bad. no taste at all. no kid will want to live in there. same goes for the guest room.

Guest room is okay as they wont be staying long. Open cabinet means they wont forget valuables when packing. The bed can slide and tucked up to be used as a play room. which again, compliments the open cabinets. The Kid's room looks neutral to me, as they don't know the gender yet. They can easily add design for that room so, no harm done.
