as a long time follower of your book tube and following your depression journey I am happy to see you smiling and lighting up about your new plushies. idk how it works to get your handmade items Into places but you could try hospital gift shops and small pharmacies too!

Disassociation is hard to explain when you dont understand it yourself. I'm still learning about it and I've been dealing with it for years. You explained the exact reason I read, to get lost in the world and lives of the characters in the book. You are doing a great job on the crochet and I can't wait for my custom order in August. 💜 You continue to be an inspiration ❤

Hello Hailey, I honestly don't care if you read or do book related content- I just like you and your channel! These plushies are super cute and I wish I was talented like you

Honestly if I were doing it I would only open custom orders up when I felt like it, and even then put a limit on them. You don't want to burn yourself out, especially when you've found something new that you are enjoying so much.

As someone who has experienced dissociation since they were young, but only learned about what it was within the last five or so years, I agree that it's very scary. You're not alone. Noise-cancelling headphones help me to be able to concentrate when I'm reading, but I know that's only one thing and it doesn't work for everyone. I just wanted to validate you and let you know that you're not alone. 💜

When I have dissassociation, I try to think of it as a "brain break" like my brain is sleeping while I'm awake. It can feel scary when I feel disconnected from my life and it makes me feel powerless. I just try to let my brain do it's thing because I think dissassociation is my brain doing work behind the scenes to heal my trauma, kind of like how nightmares and dreams heal our brains. Crocheting seems like a great coping skill for it. I love diamond painting and farming games for the same reason😌

I am so happy to see you back here! I follow you because I feel like you're like a long distance friend, who is keeping me up with updates of her life. I don't care if you talk about books or other hobbies. I simply enjoy seeing your everyday vlogs! Also I love your little crochet animals! I have been into crocheting aswell.. but I am all for the granny squares 😂

I’ve struggled with dissociation for a long time and understand the difficulty with processing it. All I can say is to be patient with yourself and it sounds like you’re learning how best to cope. I hope things get more comfortable for yourself soon. ❤

I bought a tv stand with closed storage this year because I realized all my boardgames being just under my old TV table was making me feel like the room was always messy. Closed storage options make a crazy difference for how clean you perceive a room to be.

I love documentaries on super nerdy things like Jim Henson or behind the scenes of making Disney movies 😅 they could be a nice palate cleanser after the true crime ones! Also there are a lot of good dinosaur related ones which are always fun. Love this series (more reality tv) called Dino Hunters about cattle ranchers who also dig up dino bones 😂 but so good! And titanic documentaries! These aren’t necessarily Series but are fun!

I loved this video. I enjoyed your chatting! I would love a Halloween themed bat. Maybe a black bat with sparkles and maybe a pumpkin or something somewhere on the design I don't know or just black sparkles and orange sparkles. I like bats. I'm obviously not asking for a custom order. I'm just giving an idea that came to mind. Or maybe a manta Ray cuz those are cool too.
