One of the best things I learned/realized as a new mom - Don't make your to-do list too long! It is not possible to achieve all the same things in the day as you used to. Stick to 1-3 things so it's do able. That way you don't feel like you "got nothing done" at the end of the day. And you ABSOLUTELY deserve time to relax at night. It is a must for me to unwind and end the day well. Hope this helps! You're doing GREAT

One thing that helps me so much is the one touch rule. Only touch an item one time so instead of putting something down to then have to pick up and put away later. Only touch it once and immediately put it where it needs to go!
