great video as always mel! one thing that has really helped my anxiety is trying to remember embarrasing things other people/ my friends did. can't remember them? so that means other people won't remember your actions either. we're really hard on ourselves and our soul does not deserve that. i know it's easier said than done but it's great that you have such a good mindset already like trying to incorporate things you like into the things that give you anxiety
