I may have in mind something fresh to eat in the summer too~ have you ever tried pesto sauce bruschetta? It's very easy i'll leave a small recipe 🤗 -First wash and cut cherry tomatoes in a bowl, add some salt, some chopped basil leafs, sliced garlic and a bit of oil, mix and let them rest for at least 10 minutes -In the meantime, toast some slices of bread until it becomes golden -Add some pesto sauce on top of the bread and once the tomatoes are ready you can add them on top It's an Italian recipe and It's really good in summer, I hope you both enjoy it!♡ Congrats for your wedding, I can't wait~

@@dustyreynolds-r6t The herbs are not added to salmorejo because the garlic gives it a very intense flavor! In fact, it's quite similar to gazpacho they share many ingredients, but salmorejo is thicker and doesn't have vinegar :)

Time is flying so quickly and soon you're married, still can't believe it and it's so refreshing and nice see your wedding preparations ❤ I really loved the dark and the last wedding hall. Actually all of them were fabulous but I don't like the flying balloon ceremony (if it'sthis what i think). If it's only indoor (which can be a bit dangerous) it would be okay but to let balloons flying outside is not good for the nature and animals 😢

In summer, in Spain, where it is so extremely hot, a lot of us eat salmorejo and gazpacho (similar but made just with tomato, cucumber, onion, no bread) almost every day! And it is delicious. Helps with the heat. Try gazpacho too.

For the soup, it's like gazpacho. I would recommend fresh cut basil and olive oil for the soup. Plus, toast the bread and have olive oil, salt and pepper that would make it extra delicious! Thank you for sharing and I hope the wedding plans go smooth
