BTW: I've used this video so many times to get to sleep, I've taken to naming the cats and dog: the white cat is Putt-Putt, his buddy is Dumbledore, the calico is Cheeto, and the dog is Oscar. I know, too much time on my hands, but when you're recovering from a major illness, you do tend to look for the small things, the things of comfort...the things of peace. Thank you!!!

I m loving this I ve been using this for about a year now,found it by accident when looking for meditation music basically my dream hone and location I ve got a serious health condition,which has given me sleep apnea,which means your breathing and heartbest stop in your sleep so I ve technically died thousands of times,but this video in conjunction with meditation or studying or just to chill out after a busy day,it works forcke online and in thr real world i love the qorst weather aslong as i m suitably dreesed which i usually am😀💚👍

I adopted 2 kittens a few mnths ago & they r just over 5 mnths now. The brother all of a sudden is wakin me up like 6x a nt from 4 am (I go to bed pretty late, around 2) till noon he is gettin me up & headbutting me till I can't resist anymore cuz he wants food. even started givin him bigger portions of wet food but he still can't finish a full adult sized 1, just 1 that's 1.5x size of his usual. Then once I fed him at 7 am, left plenty of dry kibble out & didn't leave my rm till like 2:30 cuz I had so much sleep to catch up on. caught him eatin a piece of poo 4 the 1st time ever. His sister is chunkier than him (they r both at a near perfect weight tho) & eats half as much! I don't get wat happened. I thought it was just a growth spurt but it's lasted over a wk. Then I thought maybe I was just indulging him too much & he wasn't actually rly hungry but knew he could make me get up if he felt like it but then he was eatin poo so I kno he had to be rly hungry eventho he'd just eaten less than 6 hrs B4 & had dry kibble he's always liked b4...tho he seems to prefer the wet food much more. Youde think he'd eat the kibble B4 goin right 4 some poo. Poor kitty I think he needs to chill out. I told him a cpl wks ago that it's almost time to get neutured but cats can't understand language like that....
