CP Fox Cities

CP Fox Cities has been providing Adult Day Services in Kimberly since 2015. Our experienced team teaches functional life skills to adults with physical disabilities, cognitive conditions, sensory disorders and neurological impairments, with the aim of helping them be as independent as possible, while providing an experience that is challenging, motiving and fun.
Clients and their support teams work with our staff to set personal goals through an individualized program plan (IPP). Those goals are realized through more than 30 class offerings including gross motor games, sensory, exercise, computer skills, creative cooking, garden and science and life skills.
In addition, CP Fox Cities has worked with several area community partners, which has allowed clients to experience activities like swimming, martial arts, pet therapy and an interactive music class.
CP Fox Cities works closely with area school districts, and are contracted with several Managed Care Organizations, including Lakeland Care, Community Care, Inclusa and IRIS. Together, we develop a plan that provides the best experience, and meets the needs of every client.
