We have cp-E31A camera. On my ezykam app it shows offline many times. But at the same time broadband is working fine, no issues with broadband Wi-Fi. When I switched off and on, it appears online. I found that even though it shows offline, its power is on and keeps recording, do its job fine. Only issue is, it shows offline frequent. Since I am away from my office, it becomes difficult to switch on n off everytime. Please suggest
