I found out on a contract said your service stays the same your vacation stays the same nothing changes suddenly now they have contract saying we willing to pay for 8 years please any advice 🙏

I worked 15 years for a first owner no one mentioned on a deposition suddenly now we heading for a mediation they saying no he only worked for us for 8 I am in tough situation $$$$wise please how much in the end I will get

I worked for 23 years now as I am heading for a mediation now I was told I only worked for 8 years for a new owner now I have no idea how much will I get 60k per year for 8 years 3400 every 2 weeks gross
