if taxes and utilities stop going up then perhaps rents would not have to go up. People wreak things and move out without paying rent owing. Landlords are not supported by the law when these things happen. So consider these things when you put down landlords!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contingency on TTC vehicles and small spaces containment and safety of vulnerable TTC riders, The Bus Driver (from case to case) must (a) allow a beacon or prerecorded audio system on the speakers on bus / street car to come to a stop and in orderly way instruct (stop bus vehicle) and as the pre-recorded activated by TTC employees 'due to an emergency on the bus, please maintain safety protocol and exit bus in safe and non violent manner.' Sometimes frightened passengers might not know the protocol and this allows the people on bus to exit and let the intruder or suspect not take advantage or cause any more harm to passengers. STAY SAFE.
