I just KO'd Blueno twice with my Katakuri Skill 2. Once while he was capturing the flag. Just see to it that you are not in the Treasure area. A good Skill that has a one hit KO and long range is the best counter against him. Also, Katakuri is Red element, he could still get Blueno who is a Blue. So no worries.✌ Though I do like that his character atleast saves you from Ssnake hoarding the flags. :)

Yeah if it's Yassop vs Blueno while Yassop is out of the treasure, then Yassop could win. Especially if he has the sanji medal: When attacking an enemy that is capturing treasure reduce the cooldown time of skill by 3%. This becomes 24% for every basic attack hit.
