Manual migration is required. Ask your new hosting to help you send everything over to them

If your new cPanel does not have the same domain name as the old one there's going to be a conflict. Contact the new how and find out for more

But there a little work around: manually download the files in old cPanel and re-upload them on to new cPanel >>> after that >>> manually export your database from old cPanel if there's any and import them onto new database in new cPanel >>> after that manually create your email afresh.
